From Giving to Winning: Three Nikkei Place Supporters Win Split the Pot Prizes!
Thank you to everyone who participated in the April & May Split the Pot Lottery in support of the Nikkei Next Building Improvement Campaign!
Through this program, we made meaningful progress in fundraising for key building initiatives—and we’re especially excited to share that three of the prize winners supported Nikkei Place or all charities. Two April winners won a total of $2,000, and one Grand Prize winner in May won $30,000!
Kazuko R. is one of the April winners and has been involved with Nikkei Place for many years. Her mother was one of the first people to move into New Sakura-so and then Nikkei Home. Kazuko said she will encourage her friends to participate in Split the Pot and support Nikkei Place.

How It Works
A portion of your ticket purchase supports your chosen charity, and a portion goes toward growing the Jackpot.
At the end of the month, 13 Grand Prize winners will share 50% of the Jackpot:
1 winner receives 60% of the shared portion
2 winners split 20% equally
10 winners split the remaining 20% equally
When purchasing your Grand Prize Jackpot tickets, you can add on Early Bird tickets for weekly prize draws!

Split the Pot（スプリット・ザ・ポット）とは？
名前の通り、収益を “分け合う（Split the Pot）” 仕組みになっています。
チケット売上の50% が参加チャリティーの間で分配されます。
残りの50% がジャックポット（Payout）に分配され、 毎月末１３人の当選者の間でシェアされます。
当選者１名：グランド賞（６０％）
当選者２名：2等賞（２０％を２名でシェア）
当選者１０名：3等賞（２０％を１０名でシェア）
